Mark Anderson at Will Marshall has been my auto insurance broker for years. I cant say enough great things about him.
He is always so friendly, professional and courteous. He is very prompt and a real pleasure to deal with.
He really goes out of his way to make you feel appreciated. For example, when I moved out of province for a year, he was so kind as to send me a little note in the mail wishing me luck on my travels. Another great example of how awesome he is, is when I got rear ended and the police were really taking their time with my case. He put in phone call to an old college buddy who worked on the force and asked him as a favor to get my case moving. The next day things were in motion!
Best broker Ive had the pleasure of doing business with. I will continue to stay a client of his as long as he is in the business.
