Good customer service.
Huge rooms perfect for long-term stay.
But the floors or shower were never cleaned. Either was the microwave, which was the only thing that i dirtied in the the kitchen.
Something hard and crusty was on my "beadspread." Yep. That's right. A bedspread is used at this type of hotel.
My heat didn't really work either, and luckily, it wasn't that cold outside.
Free internet was a bonus.
The free breakie was also a bonus, as long as you didn't get any of the scary fried foods. They had a waffle maker but no waffles, and I never saw the oatmeal. But the yoghurt, english muffin, coffee and pb sufficed.
I am only giving this a three since it is exactly what I'd expect at this type of place.
But I would only stay here again when looking for a kitchen in Ottawa, which won't be any time soon, I imagine.
Oh, I forgot to mention, my camera charger was unpacked only to never be seen again. So was that my fault or theirs? Maybe that's between the charger itself and the child's sock that I found under the dresser.
