I love this pet store. It looks completely chaotic from the street - the main window is a hodgepodge of cat scratch posts and various products, and it's absolutely jam-packed. And much the same inside, but the two people there that I have encountered, Mark and Jesse, are topnotch, very knowledgeable, very friendly, and they know exactly where everything is, all you have to do is ask . I always feel welcome. They have turned me on to all kinds of great products, and my pet is much healthier because of them. They were even able to recommend veterinarians when I was new to the area. The prices are competitive too, I did comparison shopping with Tisol and other big commercial pet stores, and Mark's came in cheaper for the same products. And they're independent, which I happily support.
Once I bought a big bag of food for my pet, who had shown interest in a free sample packet that Mark gave me. Then my pet refused to eat it. What a waste. I mentioned this to Mark, and he said, it's probably off, bring it back for an exchange. Wow, now that's service!
I love this store. I may have to leave the neighborhood soon but will happily trek back just to shop here. -

This place rocks! Great selection of foods and supplies. Sometimes a little crowded with stock, and customers with their companions but I always make it out alive! Mark is friendly and very knowledgable when it comes to pet care. He always offers great advice!
