    Meh.

Huge park with lots of rides for adults...the Family Rides area could use a few more rides than what it currently there (I think we counted 5).  Lineups were extremely long during the morning and early afternoon, but thinned out quite a bit around 4pm which was nice.

The Splash sessions were entertaining and fun for both kids and adults alike.  Unfortunately, we were too late getting to Arctic Cove, so my nephew wasn't able to feed the Belugas, but that's not the park's fault.  We were late.

My nephew LOVED the aquarium - the fish, seals and walruses had him completely fascinated.

Their main show was quite good and my nephew thoroughly enjoyed seeing the dolphins, seals and walrus up close.

The food at the concession stands are restaurants were extremely pricey!  $10.75 for 3 chicken strips and a plate of fries...$4.75 for french fries!  Wowsa! Luckily, they have a picnic area and families are allowed to bring outside food and drink into the park (with the exception of alcohol - which makes sense).  We packed snacks so we didn't spend a lot of $ on food while we were there.

Overall impression, park is huge, plenty of adult rides, but not enough kids rides. Shows and aquarium are the highlights.  However, for what you get, the cost of admission is a little high.

However, when you're there with a child and they're loving it...the adult opinion doesn't really hold a lot of sway, so best to just pay the admission and go with it.

The commercials say "Everyone loves MarineLand," but MarineLand doesn't love me. $200 for a family of five to walk in the park. I couldn't go on any rides due to an injury, but they do not have special pricing for that.

If you're in the area for more than a day and can get the unlimited return pass for $5, it's a good deal. Otherwise $200 is very steep for the limited rises and attractions at this park.

Want to feed the animals? You can, but it will cost extra. Looking for ice cream or a cold drink on a hot day? They have it. $3 per cone if you can find a stand that hasn't run out.

There's no smoking in the park, but that didn't stop many of the patrons from lighting up. The employees do nothing to stop it. The employees also did nothing to stop people from feeding potato chips to the bears and chasing the deer.

The dolphin/sea lion show was wonderful, just short. The posted times outside the show are inaccurate. The 12 show, for example, really starts with a comedy routine at 11:30ish. If you show up at noon, you miss some of the best moments of the show.

The day we went, several of the kiddie rides were not in operation. I'm of the opinion that if a certain percentage of rides are not running it should be posted and you should get a discount off admission. There were also quiet protests going on outside alleging improper treatment of the animals.

Overall, I say save your money & skip MarineLand. It's an overpriced poor man's SeaWorld.

Marineland is one of the most depressing place's in Ontario. It is very outdated and needs work. The animals are so sad and hungry looking. Overpriced and Depressing. Very Sad Place.

Marineland is a amusement and animal park. It is one of the many tourist attractions in Niagara Fall. It has a blend of animal attractions and rides, something for everyone. There are sea lions, beluga and killer whales, walrus's (which I love the walrus's Zeus and Sonia), dolphins, and there are even deer and bears!! There is quite the assortment of animals to see (and feed!) at Marineland!!

The park does seem out dated, but they are working on bringing new exhibits and animals such as sharks and string rays to the park in the future. This summer they have added a new amusement ride, which you can control the movement (you can make it go up and down with the handle in your car).

I like coming to Marineland, I usually get the season pass since it is only 5 bucks extra and I'm in Niagara alot in the summer.

Although it seems like at first glance when you get there, there's not that much to do, this is an excellent park with a nice variety of everything... including feeding deer, bears (yes, bears -- cornpops from above, pretty funny), Beluga whale feeding (although you have to pay extra), killer whale show, small amusement park rides....

Been there mutliple times and have since moved, but we do miss it and the kids miss it too!!

I can't believe I'm first to review for Marineland!  There are actually three different entries for "Marineland Information", but this one has the correct address for the theme park (one of the other ones is for the marketing/sales dept).

My husband, sister, a friend of the sib and myself spent most of a day at Marineland late last August.  We're all over twenty years of age (okay, half of the group was more or less thirty), but we still had a blast despite not having kids with us to drag around.

We fed some bears, got a chance to pet a beluga whale and a few deer, watched some awe inspiring killer whales, and laughed and squeed at the dolphins, sea lions and a truly adorable walrus.

There is nothing more adorable than a gigantic walrus trying to play peek-a-boo with the audience, I must say.

The rides were fun, and at 10 am on a Tuesday there were no line ups.  For a few of the rides, we were able to go on twice in a row without any sort of wait-time, because it was just that quiet.

The shows are short, but at the same time just long enough to keep you interested.

If you need a break and a laugh, grab your kids, significant other and or friends and just go.
