I considered knocking off 1 star for a questionable action done by a server during one of my visits, but the follow up with management AND corporate afterward was stellar, so 5* it remains. As for the servers, most are pretty cool but you can get one that doesn't want to smile or interact with you all that much and that can be a bit offputting. Ice cream is happy making, dammit!
Speaking of ice cream, that's what the true star is here. Nom nom nom. Delicious flavours paired with yummy mixings. Oh, if you don't know the deal with Marble Slab, this is it: You choose an ice cream flavour (sweet cream, birthday cake, double dark chocolate, coffee, strawberry, cinnamon, peach, cheesecake, peppermint to name just a few) and pair it with a mixing/topping of your choice (nuts, fruits, chocolate bars, candy, granola, brownies, apple pie, etc) and the server will slap it on the slab and mix it all up for you. You can have it in a cup or cone or pay a bit more to have a dipped cone or waffle bowl. They also do sundaes, frozen yogurt, milkshakes and ice cream cakes. Frequent visitors can fill up a "Slab Club" card - 7 visits and the 8th is free!
I've done a number of flavour combinations but my favourite remains: double dark & birthday cake (or cheesecake) with cookie dough. I also recommend pina colada or coconut ice cream with pineapple for a tropical taste. But really, the taste sensations available here are as vivid as your imagination. So go back a few times until you find that sweet one. -

I really like MSC. Used to go quite a bit in Vancouver when I had a kid with me. Couldn't go without one though. The portions are massive and they (in Vancouver) refuse to serve a kid size to adults. I can't usually eat a kid sized portion, let alone a regular one.
Tonight while walking past the London MSC I had a craving and decided to ask if they'd sell me a kid's size. Success! The guy behind the counter was friendly and more than happy to sell me the kid size (which was still too much for me to finish). I had cheesecake and white chocolate ice creams mixed with Skor bar. Sooooo good! Thanks London MSC! -

There's no question that the ice cream here is fantastic and the way they incorporate toppings into the ice cream really enhances its flavour. However, the prices are too high (I guess we're paying for all that labour!) for me to be a regular. It's a nice indulgence though every now and then.
