Location would be hard to beat. Right in the walls with a quiet park across the street. We had #16 at the very top of this old building. Room tried to keep period with open beams and a cute clawfoot tub in the middle of the room - but the space was better used for our bags and turning around in the tiny spaces left over. Shower room was small but functional.
A work-a-round AC unit was not needed at night as we propped open the un-screened window, but heat rises and an afternoon nap required full blast. No bfast is offered - an issue for some but we'd rather be forced out to seek a local spot and local people.
We were happy enough to extend our stay.
