This service is all talk. The business owner comes to inspect with a white glove and an iron fist. It seems impressive until you realize that there is no future follow up.
By the third appointment, I called concerned about the level of service. I had started to noticed that there were ares of the house not dusted and shower tiles not scrubbed - they assured me it would be better next time. It wasn't and I called - they have yet to call me back.
This is not a cheap service that they are offering and I expect some courtesy if not good cleaning.
