Review from Theresa W.
Vancouver, BC
This was the first jerky place I was introduced to when I moved to Vancouver. It's hidden in the Parker Place food court, and the shop's been around for a long time so it's definitely got an old-school kinda feel to it.
Apparently it's pretty famous outside of the city, as relatives from Toronto regularly request I pick up jerky from this place. I'm not sure what all the hype is about though, as I think several other jerky places are just as good. There is no fault here though, the beef and pork jerky are very good. They also have pre-boxed jerky for people needing to gift some in a pinch, but it's always best when it's freshly packed.
The place is cash only, and $20/lb. It's a bit hard to get to if you don't drive. It's a five minute walk from either Aberdeen or Lansdowne station, or you can catch the 410 / 403.Listed in: Richmond!, Singaporean style jerky…

Review from l g.
This was a first time getting my pork and beef jerky here instead of the regular Bee Mei Hong. The jerky was okay; not fabulous; too greasy and wet when I like it a bit more dried. The turning point for me was the spice. I bought "hot" but it wasn't even spicy; not a bit.
I couldn't say they're totally bad since the Singaporean jerky taste was there. It could've been better. Hope things will improve in the future.
