The bf and I stopped in here in November of 2009 during our weekend away in Moncton on a whim. At this time, the winery was still somewhat new. We spoke with one of the owners, Jeff Everett for close to an hour while he described the wine, handed us samples and told us about their plans to open a Bed and Breakfast within the next year. We left with 3 bottles of wine and a bottle of maple syrup. We had such a good experience with this gentleman (and his wine) that we decided to stop in again this past weekend when we visited Moncton again.
This trip was just as fabulous. This time we had Janet Everett fill us in on what the winery has been doing since our last visit. She explained that they had a few new winning wines, and once again we sampled them all. The B&B is up and running now. They are also having events (weddings) take place on property under a newly purchased white tent.
On our next trip to Moncton, I am sure we will stop in again, perhaps even stay there. The hospitality Mr and Mrs. Everett showed us while checking out their winery will not be forgotten, and neither will the delightful wine they produce.
Oh, and this time we left with 3 different wines and some cheese.
