MADE is a store filled with great Canadian designs by great Canadian designers and I absolutely love it.
Every time I walk by the store, I see something new and fun that I want to exist in my house, from a cute little velvety cushion chair to an antler chandelier. Some of the items are distinctly Canadian (like the antlers, and painted acorns, etc), but the majority are just great items that add character to your home in a way that Ikea can't.
Owners are really nice and helpful, and are always willing to answer questions. So while the art gallery setup might be intimidating, I didn't feel intimidated while gawking at all the decor.
Come here for a unique gift (they have cute trinkets like jewelry and coin purses too), or for that added touch to your living room. And support awesome Canadian designers!
