My wife and I decided to take our camper and go to Tofino and Ucluelet for our honeymoon in October. We usually stay at Surf Junction Campground when we go but they were only open for 4 more nights by the time we`d arrived. We stayed those 4 nights and sought out a new campground. We were directed to Mackenzie Beach Resort.
This place is awesome, with campsites & cabins right on the beach. Unfortunately we couldn't take our camper to one of the beachfront sites, but we decided to spend 3 nights in one of the beachfront cabins. So glad we did! Beautiful cabins with gorgeous views. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything you could possibly need. Comfortable beds, wood burning fireplace, and the most beautiful sunset right in the living room.
Some of the cabins are pet friendly. There are pay laundry facilities on site which is hella convenient when you're camping. They also have an indoor pool and hot tub but neither seemed too clean so we didn't brave either one.
We are so going back.
