I was sorry to see that Sylvia had a problem -- I have dealt with Mac Solutions for several years and I have always been happy with the pricing and level of service. I won't hesitate to recommend Mac Solutions to anyone.

With the summer being our busiest season in wedding photography I brought in our mac to get it upgraded and have a DVD Rom replaced as it wasn't working. The DVD Rom is an essential part as we constantly have to use it to burn slide shows and photos for our clients. When I picked up the computer I was told everything was working fine and it seemed like it did. I never checked the drive, for 3 weeks as we had no need at that time to burn anything. 3 weeks later I discovered that my computer said I had no CD rom. When I emailed about it, I wouldn't get an answer, and then the season got so busy there was no possible way of leaving the computer in. When I called to ask (very nicely) if there is anything I can do to fix it the owner was so short with me and rude it was unbelievable. Never dealing with that business again. If you can't do the job right in the first place then don't do it or learn how to deal with customers.
