I've been going to Lynn Valley Physiotherapy twice a week for almost a month now; I love the place! The staff is extremely helpful and friendly; there's no sense of pretense or disdain. They're very thorough and take care to give you the best treatment possible. Along with treatment, you're given time to go through your exercises with a trainer who will gently correct your posture and positioning. The facility is equipped with a gym stocked with balls, boards, bands, and machines to help you out.
Equally important, the physiotherapist with whom I work keeps a schedule which is very convenient for those who work; two mornings a week, I can book an appointment at 7am and three evenings a week, I can get once for 6:40pm. Booking appointments is always quick and easy; I can often make the appointment several days in advance and have no trouble getting the time I need.
Overall, I've been very happy with the treatment that I've been receiving. I've noticed not only strengthening in my ankle (site of pain), but also through the entirety of my legs.
