    I've known that Chinese Restaurants aren't known for their service.. but really, this was something else. Our server the whole night was just plain ignorant and rude, while we had two tables too for our mid-autumn festival celebration.
    Looking for tofu and wanting to know the options, we were seeing ether there would be some sort of hot pot dish that was meatless, the waitor was negative and (i thought he was joking) he put his hand up to our faces and exclaimed that he didn't want to talk about it.
    During dinner, we asked for extra bowls and when he asked how many, we gave him a number.. he brought the bowls over.. and the noticed that we each all had a relatively clean bowl so refused to leave them on the table and walked off with them.
    Closer to the end of dinner, we were still eating our dish, but he was so impatient to wrap things up that he came over to our table... and asked us if he can take our dish away so he can pack the leftovers with the other table's same dish. Clearly we were all still eating and no, we did not want it packed up yet.

    I guess after all this ranting, I really do not have to talk about the food. It was pretty good actually, except the skins of the peking duck were over sogging and ripped as you took them out of the steamer.
    The fried rice with the preserved egg was different, but good, and the pea shoots were really good - I'm always a fan of the veggies.

    All in all, I haven't really had a bad food experience in Richmond, so I would much go somewhere else where someone could be a little more courteous.
