I had just taken a fall down the stairs, and stopped by RCH to see about my knee, which was buggered pretty bad. RCH was standing room only in the Emergency, so my wife and I drove to the next nearest medical centre we could find that was open, (it was a Sunday) which was this one. When I got there, we were possibly 5 minutes past the close of the building, and when they saw me outside, they came to check on me. The doctor, (Dr Jensen), invited me in to have a look - even though she was literally leaving out the door.
I was so grateful to her and the staff there for taking the extra time for me and going out of their way rather than just closing me out as maybe I've come to expect.
I was also impressed by the doctor's frank discussion. She gleaned a lot of information from her physical testing, and worked quickly to explain to me what she saw going on - which was quickly reassuring.
I would happily recommend this office to anyone in the area. -

Not too shabby and they are open a lot later than many of the other locations in the area. I BELIEVE that's the deal...medical centres in malls are open later. Anyway, the wait wasn't too bad in the morning, I went on a Thursday. Saw the doctor, get my prescriptions and was out pretty quickly. She was a little pissed that I had so many concerns (3 tiny ones that I basically knew the issue with), but she did sort it out. Will probably go back for a one off thing if desperate, but its time to find a family doctor.
