So this is going to be a two-part review. I originally went about 3 weeks ago with a groupon for a shellac manicure. Ken (I think was his name) did my nails and was awesome! Based on that visit I would have given lotus sense 5 stars, but (there's always a but) three days later my nails started to chip and lift (which they should not do). I went back within their three day guarantee, ended up waiting an hour, and had my nails fixed free of charge. Ken fixed them to perfection, so I was still a happy camper! I returned today to get a color change. I made an appointment and didn't have to wait at all, they were totslly punctual. at the time that I booked my appointment I didn't ask for ken, so when I arrived they paired me up with an older lady (who was super nice, but turns out she was still in esthetics school). The nails looked terrible. I voiced my concern and she was nice enough to try and fix it. Two hours later I left, still unsatisfied. I ended up tipping her because she was so sweet, just under experienced, I think. As I was driving home I kept looking at my nails (super thick in areas, missing top coat in others, air bubbles, polish in places that it shouldnt be and vice versa) and ultimately called lotus to say that I wanted to come back and get it fixed, properly. The girl was so accommodating and understanding. She's booked me in for this coming Friday and ensured that she'd personally redo them! Stay tuned... They may redeem themselves!
Here's part two - Long story short, I went back, was helped immediately, left with perfect nails. week and a half later, they still look awesome!!!! Will definitely return. Loved my experience here!! I would recommend it...but maybe I just lucked out. For the price, I think they deserve the full 5 -

Really bad service.
I booked my appointment for my shallac mani and pedi more than 2 weeks ahead. I waited for over an hour till 830pm for my turn, and mall closes at 9pm. What's the point of making an appointment?! I was promised that I only needed to wait 15 mins. I was nice enough to offer them to return the next day or next week, but the staff did not want me to leave. The staff, Kim, told me that my nails won't be done if I leave and don't blame them- how rude. There was no massage involved in my services.
The place is huge, but only has 2 staff working, service kept interrupted by phone calls, walk-in potential customers; it takes forever to finish a service. It's super understaff. They promise to re-do your Shallac nails if chipped within 3 days- it's just a gimmick, cause they're understaff, they'll never have time for you to get them re-polished; unless you've time to wait for an hour. I witnessed that on one customer, and it happened to me as well. Mine chipped on the 3rd day, and when I went back, they said they don't have time. I'll never go back. Good luck to those who bought coupons.
