Review from Beth C.

It's a strange fact about me that drugstores are some of my favourite places. I find them calming, yet invigorating. Soothing music, the scent of candles, multivitamins, mascara, batteries and peanut brittle - forget Disneyland. This is the happiest place on Earth.
London Drugs is the best of the best, and the Yates location is my preferred stop. It has great hours, and is almost always open when I need them to be. I could - and have - spent hours here, smelling potions and lotions, testing testers, wondering whether my halitosis HAS been getting me down, and maybe, just maybe, I simply haven't noticed. And how have I been getting away with regular Q-tips, when they now come with a 50% more cottony tip? Do I care about my ears at ALL?
I refuse to believe anything bad has ever happened at London Drugs. Oh, sure, they might have some wacky hoboes begging for change out front, and occasionally, the parking lot situation here is vaguely nightmarish.
But once inside, under the soothing hum of fluorescent lights, an army of blue-vested angels will guide you heavenward towards every purchase your heart could desire. Go on...buy something. Mango lip balm, wart plasters, new snap and seal breathable lunch containers....even a terrycloth washcloth with a monkey's head, inexplicably, sewn to it. You know, deep down, these things will make your life better.
Fill your blue basket. Now move to the front...a cashier is open and available, waiting for you. Just for you.
