Love this store and Frilly Lizard and Commander Salamander. Unique gems hidden throughout and great clothing and gifts for all.Love all 3 stores

London moved up a notch in my rankings when I found this gem on Richmond Street!
lolita is a perfect boutique, which remind me a lot of the ones I used to shop at in Halifax. There is a great selection of dresses (both formal and casual), accessories, and other clothing items, the kind which you can only find in stores like this one! Lots of designers which I haven't heard of before but immediately LOVED, and of course bought lots of (I'm sure the store's owner now loves me back!).
The displays in this place are perfect as well - there is a great selection, but not too much stuff. It is the kind of place that everything I picked up is something I could picture myself (or a slightly more stylish version of myself) wearing, but I didn't have to root through piles of clothes.
Another great thing about this place is the great service, which I noticed was lacking in a few other boutiques on Richmond. The staff were attentive without being overbearing, and very conversational, especially with the many unhappy men waiting for various women trying things on.
I almost can't wait for my next visit to London come the fall, so I can see what this store has next season!
