Was sent to them by Wieners Home Hardware. A piece of my deadbolt needed replacement and he had it and explained the replacement process. I asked about getting a better lock, and he made a lock that matched my original key. When I had some installation problems, he helped me over the phone.

I don't really expect too much from a key-cutting business. All I need is for the copies of my keys to work.
The proprietor of this business goes beyond cutting your keys, and provides service with a smile. Standard keys cost $3, they are fully guaranteed: the keys have a stamp on them with their name on it, so you don't even need a receipt. If your key doesn't work, just bring it back.
I only wish they had slightly longer hours of business. They close at 5:30 on most days. -

I bought a high-security padlock from these
people several years ago and I'm very satisfied
with my purchase.
Finding Abloy locks in Toronto is a challenge and
the $60 for this padlock is a great investment for
my apartment building's locker room.
Most of the other tenants use those inexpensive
$3 - 5 locks from convenience stores but I wouldn't
trust them one bit. My Abloy's security rating is
such that it can be used in such secure places as
an electrical substation or other high security
environment because the two keys supplied
cannot be copied by any hardware store. Only
an Abloy dealer can do that and one needs to bring
in the original registration card as well.
A visit to the Abloy Canada website will show the
benefits of this type of high-security lock system.
The staff were very helpful and showed me the
value for money and I don't regret the purchase.
