Little Tokyo is not the first place to come to my mind when I think about sushi or other Japanese cuisine. It's not even the best, but the service is friendly, fast and the food is tasty and cheap. The quality of the food may not be what is expected downtown, but we're talking fast food folks. And as far as fast food goes Little T is perfect. I had the Tofu Udon and tried the Yam Roll. The soup was loaded with big chunks of tofu. The noodles were as perfect as factory prepared noodles could be and the broth was just right. The Yam Roll was interesting and definitely sized for sharing. I tried a piece of my friend's California Roll. I was pleasantly surprised to find egg inside and since it seemed to fit I can forgive them for using imitation crab. Now, had I just contented my self to try just the Udon my lunch would have been just under $7, but for the $10 I paid, I'm pretty happy.
