I had a Coconut (Milk) Pearl Tea with Bubbles and boy was it delicious! I've not a huge consumer of Coco Milk, but I will be from now on. It was hands down the best and freshest Bubble Tea I have had in ten years of drinking them. I just assumed I was getting some type of powder concoction. But, nope. This place at UBC is worth traveling to!

They have decent bubble tea and use fresh fruit in their slushes. Why I'm a major fan though is because last week I really wanted a pineapple green tea with pearls. But they don't have pineapple syrup as the other places I went to do. So she offered to blend up pineapple with green tea and some ice so it was more of a pineapple green tea slurry/juice with pearls. And it was great!
