Where can you get sex toys, birthday cards, comic books, rainbow magnets, an "I can't even think straight" t-shirt and a well-researched treatise on the evolution of masculinity and homosexuality in Papua New Guinea in the mid- to late- 20th Century?
Little Sister's, of course!
During my first-ever trip to Vancouver, this was on my "Must see" list. I was not disappointed. So much selection! And such a sense of community.
When I eventually moved to Vancouver, this was my go-to place on lazy Sunday afternoons. I'd wander the stacks and grab a book or two. It's also a community hub; tons of event postings which helped connect me to the queer community.
Little Sister's is easily one of the things I miss most about living in Vancouver.Listed in: That's Gay

I have to say that Little Sisters tops my list as the place to go when I need anything gay or sexy. They have a fabulous selection of vibrators, dildos, lubes, books on everything from lesbian erotica through to first time anal. They have a great selection of toys ranging from soft playful things through to some more medical and classy glass pieces.
They also have a really good library of books, fun card selection and all sorts of other things.
The staff are super friendly and helpful and around pride and throughout the year they have tickets to all sorts of gay and lesbian events around the city. -

After looking all over for a discontinued sex toy, i was thrilled to find it here! I also found my favorite lube in a large value size with a pump for only a few dollar's more then what i was paying for one half the size.
Staff was friendly and helpful.

Our long legal struggle against censorship and our commitment to serve the GLBT community has helped make Little Sister's a recognizable name around the world.
Little Sister's, it's owners, manager and staff have garnered many awards from Canadian and international associations and organizations over the years. Notably, in 1998 Little Sister's was presented the Award For The Advancement of Intellectual Freedom in Canada "In recognition and honour of the leadership and courage shown in defending and promoting the principles of intellectual freedom in Canada" presented by the Canadian Library Association.
