Tonight I was tired of run if the mill food and wanted to go somewhere a bit different...with REAL FOOD. Checked out a couple place before ending up at Little Europe! I had heard some radio advertising a while back about this little gem and although its in the Hydrostone Market you could easily miss it as the frontage is on the bland side and it seems to blend in.
The menu has a good variety, it's slightly tight for seating but still comfortable. I had the Hald a Roasted Chicken and my companion had the Spagattini Bolognese. The pasta was (apparently) delish and the chicken was absolutely wonderful. Grain fed made for a less fatty meats and VERY JUICY. They are rotisserie roasted on premises every day and come with your choice of sides. As well as a small side of an Aus jus. (Also delish)
Skipped an app as we felt we would choose a dessrt from the big glass case you pass on the way in. We both had the cheesecake of the day and was not a mistake. So two dined, two non-alcholic drinks, two good mains, coffee and two desserts and the bill was a smart $60.00 (tax in, plus grat)
We would definitely go back and I would be hard pressed to not order the chicken.
This little gem is part of the Himachi Group of Restaurants, thus explaining the value for money as well as the choice ingredients.
The only downfall?...it took this freaking long to actually try it! -

Food was decent but the service was a mess. As in a serious mess. During my experience allergy concerns were assigned to the wrong orders causing considerable unrest.
Overall the food, decor, and atmosphere was good but all were trumped by the service and stress it induced. There was no leadership to right the ship the night I was there. -

Terrible service - I arrived with a guest and we were seated fairly quickly. The waitress gave us menus and took our drink orders. She came back a few minutes later to take our food orders (2 ravioli). This took about 10 minutes. We waited for the next 50 minutes without any service - no bread, drink refills, checking in. Eventually, we saw the table of 6 behind us get served. They were there before us, but ordered after us. We asked the waitress how much longer it would be, and told her that unless our food came quickly we were leaving. It had been nearly an hour for 2 pastas! She asked if we wanted her to check with the kitchen. Yes! She went back, and returned to our table to let us know that she had not placed our order. We were fed up by this time, and so left. On the way out, she offered us a coupon. I said yes, thinking that that was the only reason I would come back . She handed me one $10 coupon. I took a close look at the coupon the next morning. It expired the same day! Needless to say, when I saw this, I was upset all over again. This was extremely poor customer service, and should have been caught by her well before we started asking where our food was.

Enjoyed the fixed menu offering on New Year's Eve. Price OK, food excellent. Service pretty good.

This is a cute little eatery tucked in the Hydrostone. The service was friendly and attentive and the food was pretty good. I had the chicken lasagna which was obviously pre-baked and then reheated, resulting in a not-so-great dried out, crusty edge. My mom had the pasta special, an eggplant and feta ravioli. The lasagna came with a ceasar salad that I wish had had a lighter dressing. All in all this was good but not great.
