I personally bring all my tailoring here, as the lady who runs this place does a great job every time, and at such a great rate too! Seriously, where else am I going to get my jeans hemmed for $5 ? I've never had to complain about any of her work yet.
The shop is a bit crowded, cause its tiny and she's got a lot of stuff. Traditional Chinese outfits, party dresses (for women and little girls), kimono style robes, and wedding dresses too. She also sells accessories like shoes and purses. It's worth browsing around because she offers really good prices compared to elsewhere.
She recently changed her hours and is now closed a bit earlier on most days, I think it's until 6 on weekdays and 5 on Saturdays, closed Sundays. But I love her for the great work she's done for me and the money she saves me, plus I like to support small businesses when I can. She definitely has my customer loyalty! -

Little Boat Fashions is a tiny shop spilling over with racks and rows of clothing, so that you can barely circumnavigate the shop. There are kimonos, glittery sequined prom dresses, childrenâs fashions, shoes, purses, and lots else I couldnât see without wading through to the other side. The lady who runs it, Somsy, does custom design work, alternations and dry cleaning. It was clear she took price in her custom work, and she showed me pictures of a recent wedding party she designed dresses for. Rather than each girl wearing the same dress, they each had variations that suited them, in the same colour. She does classy, beautiful work at a reasonable price.
