Good selection of beer, wine and spirits. Excellent staff always willing to help you find what you need, or offer suggestions. Plenty of parking! Check them on twitter too.
Should there be a product that you want that you don't see talk to them, they have been willing to see if they can get it or move it\hold it from another store. -

I can assure you I have no association with the owners, managers or even a single staff member at Liquor plus. I have not won any contests there and I am receiving no restitution of any form for writing this review.
I have never had anything but good experiences at this location, with good selection, good pricing, good hours and staff that's willing to help when you have questions.
This is definitely one of the shops I would go to if I was nearby or if the government outlets were closed for the day. -

Disclaimer: personal friends with the buyer.
This place is really as good as it gets. They have a very wide selection at all their stores and the prices are cheaper in general than BC Liquor outlets.
I like their wine selection - they always highlight different wines and if you email them or tweet them they will give you suggestions for whatever you are cooking.
Their single malt variety is the best in Victoria AFAIK - and they are always bringing in hard to find single malts and whiskies.
Can't find what you are looking for, ask them, they will often try to find it for you.
Their "Just over a buck-a-beer" is very good on the palate and pocket-book.

Established in 2003
Liquor Plus Douglas was the first of its kind. First private liquor store in BC to exceed 3000 square feet, first to advertise, first to directly source products, first to provide better than competitive pricing, first to hook up on Twitter, and first to create its own craft beer brand called Just Over a Buck A Beer.
