All of our oils are new, fresh, first cold pressed from the finest groves in two hemispheres. All crushed within hours and carefully transported to Halifax. Our flavoured and natural balsamic vinegars are the perfect complement.
History
Established in 2011
After opening our first store in Halifax in the fall of 2010, we were very excited to bring our second store to the beautiful town of Charlottetown! With such a rich and passionate food culture in Prince Edward Island, we knew our fresh olive oils and vinegars would be a welcome addition to kitchens across the province.
Meet the Business Owner: Myrna B.
Liquid Gold is Myrna's first foray into the world of fresh international olive oil, opening her first store last September in Halifax. She came across the concept of an olive oil bar while living in Arizona and brought the concept back to her home in the Maritimes.
