Worst place to stay in Niagara Falls, see attached pics. First off, there is a $9 parking charge that you aren't informed about until you arrive. They claimed to offer $10 gift cards on Deal Find but these vouchers turned out to be simply coupons that are available to anybody. $10 off with minimum $30 purchase to Outback Steakhouse, $10 off with min $30 purchase to Eastside Marios and $10 Game Play at Dave and Busters with purchase of $20 game card. We didn't end up using any of these so called vouchers since they were not what we thought they were. Also, the room was so dirty and terrible, I took pictures of an ant trap that was on the floor with dead ants surrounding it. Terrible place. And the shuttle for two? The front desk person informed us it leaves from the Four Points Sheraton and it may or may not be running depending on the number of people turning up for it. He couldn't even tell us what time the shuttle was operating until.
