Good shopping location in the Hamilton area. Needs more stores and shoud add an addition to the mall. It has over 210 stores and shoud get more! But good for Hamilton!!

Oh Limeridge Mall, what happened to you?

Years ago Limeridge was the place to hang out. There was a small movie theatre, Eaton's, and fountains throughout. Today however, the mall is empty.

Like every other mall in Hamilton, Limeridge Mall has ... nothing. The amount of vacant storefronts continues to rise, and the stores left are horrendous; they have no selection, and are of poor quality. Meanwhile, there is no one shopping. I swear, while walking through the mall on a Tuesday night, there was no one shopping or even buying merchandise. It made me wonder how some of the smaller outlet stores are able to stay open.

At the same time, the two major department stores, Sears and The Bay, are awful. The Sears in the mall continually has floods, resulting in closures, and The Bay carries the bare minimum in terms of product selection.

If your looking for quality clothing, I'd drive out of Hamilton, and head either to Burlington, Mississauga or Toronto. The only thing you will find at Limeridge is a massive line up at a small Tim Horton's kiosk.

this mall is pretty small from what i'm used to in california. i went during a weekday so it was pretty dead, only a few people walking around. i recognize some of the bigger chain stores but theres a lot that i've never heard of, maybe its a canadian thing? the food court was prob the most memorable thing, which is sad since it was just alright. walked around the entire mall in about 15 minutes.
