Review from Cynthia L.
Skip Starbucks and go to Lift Coffee Company for a drink. They brew JJ Bean, a Canadian small batch coffee roaster based in Vancouver. I first heard about Lift Coffee Company from a local, who said resident Australians were serious about their coffee and that they approved of Lift Coffee Company being the best in Whistler Village.
I found the baristas created yummy latte art coffee drinks as well as hot chocolate, chai tea latte, london fog (earl grey tea latte), and fresh fruit smoothie/juice drinks. They even served one of the cheapest jugs (pitchers) of draft beer in the Village. Pastries, pre-made sandwiches, and daily food specials were also available.
Outdoor seating was plentiful and there was also self-serve complimentary water next to the drip coffee canisters. It's a good place to chill at while waiting for the gondolas to open in the morning.
Cost: About $4-5 for hot drinks, $10 jugs of draft beer.

Review from Sarah M.
I'm generally a Starbucks person but with no Starbucks in site, this was the next best thing. My husband and I needed a ski break and this was the most convenient place to where we landed. The pastries here are DELICIOUS. I had a peanut butter cookie bar which was really, really good. It tasted like it was freshly baked. My husband had a hot chocolate which was beautiful - the whipped cream on top and sprinkles made it pretty to look at.
So why did I give this place 3 stars if the product was so good? The setup here is poor and cramped but definitely has potential as it's a cute little place. This place is convenient if you are coming off the ski slopes and in need of a quick snack/drink. -

Coffee was mediocre, there isn't a bathroom in their facilities, but if you are just grabbing something quick before heading up the mountain, I imagine it serves the trick.
Also, they do not have free wifi -

This place is so cute. I still want to try their lunch plates - duck confit for $9... really now are you kidding me?!
Needed a coffee after lunch and was hoping to get a giant muffin like the first time around. The muffins were gone, but I stuck with my non fat caramel latte. I usually request for super hot, but I assumed it would still be hot none the less... yikes. no.
it was barely lukewarm... even bf agreed and he usually lets his drink cool. Thank goodness that 1) The caramel was soooooo tasty and 2) thank goodness for the invention of microwaves because I took it back to my place and nuked it... but I don't like to pay for my own service.Listed in: *Snacking in Whistler*

Review from S A.
We loved it. We had a great dinner there. Very unassuming environment but some great, local food and wine. I had an amazing tray with cold smoked salmon, duck confit, braised beets and crostini. Excellent.
Everyone was happy and I thought the prices were excellent given it is in Whistler village. To be clear, it is more rustic than fancy but it was excellent. Definitely will be back. -

Cute coffee shop in primo location, but lackluster customer service and mediocre quality food. Wide range of food options on the menu, but can't say they execute well on the ones I've tried.

Review from Pete S.
location - amazing. they have a fantastic patio right next to the whistler gondi
food - ok. nothing to write home about, and even in whistler a $9 sandwich is a bit of a waste. we ate here while riding the bike park and i wasn't full after lunch at all.
staff - pretty friendly -
Review from Joel F.
Ate both breakfast and lunch here today and loved it. Love that they serve JJ Bean coffee and love that the staff knew so much about their food and where it came from. For lunch my tomato/mozzarella/basil/pesto sandwich was AMAZING as well with the beet and goat cheese salad. Loved the Philips beer that they serve and will be going back every time I am in Whistler.
