Don't let this place's tiny demeanor fool you: they're here to give you big muscles and a sweet can. If you're looking to bulk up or tone down, this corner shop in Park Lane has some sort of formula to get you on your way.
I saw huge buckets of whey powders and muscle enhancing formulas and a slew of bars and snacks to give those die hard exercise fiends nutrients to sustain their bodies through the thick of it. Post workout at Nubodys? Stop in for a fruit smoothie offered in a variety of flavors. Not only can you choose the fruits added, they also hook you up with scoops of powders to keep your full or pep you up post exertion.
Life and Sport also sells exercise equipment like mats, resistance bands, and I think I even saw some aerobics balls, too. Looking for vitamins and supplements, this shop has got the goods. I'm not sure how effective all this jazz is, you could probably just eat some vegetables and be okay, but they've got the market on lock down, that's for sure. A paradise for meat heads and spandex rockers alike. -

Life and Sport is conveniently located outside of Nubodys Fitness as the ideal spot for those in the market for protein powders and supplimental values.
This is not a place within my comfort ground, but I recognize the appeal for gym goers and those who are interested in this niche (and debateable) mode of fitness/ health.
Powders, vitamins, cleansing and weightloss systems are all offered here by the dozen, and staff are well versed on what products they offer. In my own mind, it makes more sense to just eat real food, but new found studies and obscure science may prove otherwise. I'm not really sure on the fine details, but for those who are in the market, Life and Sport offers the spectrum of nutritional suppliments.
