Review from Zoe R.
I've signed up for two classes here: Baby & Me yoga, and Baby Phat. All of Liberty Movement's 4 postnatal classes are baby friendly - you're welcome to bring baby along.
I've only started taking these two courses. So far, the Baby & Me yoga has integrated my little one into the program more. The other one sometimes directly includes baby.
Instructors are friendly, and seem genuinely happy to be there. A good sign.
I'm really enjoying the feel of the yoga class, which began with a small talk, and then continued to do various poses while always having baby in sight and within reach.
The Baby Phat yoga, which I thought would be about targeting specific postnatal "problem" areas (pelvic muscles; stomach area), began the class with cardio and then slowed down to be about a yoga/pilates fusion.
Cost is standard: 5 classes for $90.
Location is in Liberty Village, inside the "Balance Integrated" Clinic. (171 EAST Liberty st).
Small classes, good individual advice to be had.
I'd recommend them. -
Review from Nicole C.
For the summer Elle is now offering Stroller Boot Camp classes meeting in the Exhibition place for mom's with babes and tots.
I went last Wednesday and she kicked my ass. But in a good way, which is me saying a lot because I complain A LOT when the workout is good lol.
The class will take you all around the exhibition place to the lakeshore and back again utilizing the area around you to achieve an awesome workout!
And as always the classes are breastfeeding friendly with a pitstop to change and feed the babes when needed.1 Previous Review: Show all »

Review from Rachel B.
Toronto, ON
I really was excited to take prenatal classes at this studio. I LOVE yoga and was looking for a convenient location to do non-hot yoga during my pregnancy. I was really happy when I found this studio online. However, actually finding the studio on class day was a different story. Also contacting the studio and actually getting someone to answer the phone or call back in a timely fashion also proved difficult. In addition practice room was very cramped and there wasn't enough equippment available for everyone in the class. While most of the students in the PRE-REGISTERED class got pilates balls to use, others, like myself had to sit on a chair. Also the room was really bright. For yoga I prefer a dimly lit room. I really didn't enjoy this class at all, would not recommend this studio to a friend and have no intention of going again.
