    Delicious!

I tried the soy sauce chicken with rice, HK style tea, and pan fried rice noodle with beef.  All dishes were super good!  Also, each dish is huge-2 dishes shared among 3 people and we still had 1 take-out box filled to take home.

There's a long line for this place and that's exactly why-it's worth every penny!

Aberdeen Mall is competitive  with various types of food offered by a number of  vendors . Leung Kee offers amazing food to order not like the vendors at Yaohan.
You do have to wait 5-10 min. as they cook your food after you order. The portions are huge and very reasonable priced. I visit Richmond 8-10 times a year and eat here every trip and have nevered been dissapointed. This is a no brainer if you are shopping at Aberdeen Mall or in the area.

One of my go-to food court joints, this gem is located in Aberdeen Centre. Parking blows if you go during the lunch time peak hours, but if you get there before 11:45, it's pretty smooth sailing during the weekdays. Weekends though? Fuh-ged-aboudit.

Recently, I ordered the Steamed Pork Spareribs with Chinese sausage on a bed of rice. This is a combo that comes with soup, a hot drink (coffee or tea) and an option to "upgrade" to a cold drink. I usually end up getting the Iced Lemon Tea. Portions are huge and cheap. Meals cost under $10 here easily.

Their BBQ Duck with rice noodles is great and cheap as well! (under $6)

Hello chow fun lover, come to me! I was expecting something a little more ghetto than what I received. Ordering beef stir fried noodles I couldn't believe how far my $6 went. They accidentally gave me mine in a to go (Styrofoam) container, and it's a good thing they did. I could only eat 1/2 of it! The presentation wasn't pretty but the flavour that I love of chow fun was! I brought it home and enjoyed my leftovers, cold, for breakfast the next day too. Don't judge, just try it. I think you'll agree that Chinese leftovers for breakfast are the most decadent way to roll!

Located in the food court of the Aberdeen Centre this Hong Kong counter provides quick and tasty bites.  You can figure out which counter is theirs in the food court based on the long line.  Try the beef flat noodles.  The beef is tender and the noodles have "wok air."

This place takes chinese fast food to another level. Leung Kee is the King of the Hill in terms of excellent food at Aberdene Centre. Although there are so many options in the mall, i always tend to stray back towards Leung Kee. My favourite dishes include: Pan Fried Soy Rice Noodles with Seasame and Sweet Sauce all over, Chicken and Chinese Sausage rice, Spare Ribs and Chinese Sausage rice, Soy Chicken with Lai Fun, and their drinks!! The only reasons why i didn't give it 5 stars is because of the wait. Some days it's quick, on other days it's really slow. This is all dependent on what time you go at. The other reason is i had a bad experience where my food was sour. This was when i ordered the Chicken and Chinese Sausage rice. Overall, the good experiences trump the bad.

Head to the top floor of Aberdeen Center and get your grub on!  Leung Kee BBQ gets a lot of business so you might have to wait, but it's worth it.  I like the high tech electronic menus and the specials on the low tech post-it board.  Make sure to get an orlick or soy bean milk to wash it all down.  Down home cookin' like mama use to make and super cheap.

Add this to the beef stew list.  This place is in a food court, so it is for the most part fast food.  That said, the food here was quite good.  I ordered the Chinese beef stew (gnow nam) and a side order of Chinese broccoli (gai lan).  Both dishes came out to about $9 total.  The gai lan was seasoned well and cooked to a perfect al dente.  They made everything to order and any chef in Vancouver that would over cook gai lan would be shot.  The gnow nam portion was generous and seasoned well.  By this I mean that it was the right level of sweet and salty.   I would have wanted a more interesting spice blend, so as the flavor of the beef stew, it is average.  The texture was quite nice, so for fast food, this place is really good value.  Three stars.
