What a way to start the morning. This Cafe is located about one block from my work and this also means trouble. Each day is started with a hot ginger green tea. The best part about this tea is that it's sweetened with honey and fresh lemon and ginger is added to the mix.
However, I have to admit, the friendly service is what keeps me coming back for more. Susy, the owner, always remembers what I want each day and is ready to suggest new things for me to try.
They have a lot of different varieties of tea and even have Stevia to sweeten with. Just ask for it because it's behind the counter.
My favs at lettieri: Chai Tea with Soy Milk and Honey, Ginger Green Tea with Honey, the Soy Latte sweetened with brown Sugar, one of the many different fresh juices and last ,but not least ANY of the baked goodies.

This is about to be my new regular cafe.
Excellent people watchng spot
Good selection of coffee and espresso seems to be done quite well (albeit not amazing)
Great case of paninis and sweets!
Large interior (which you wolnd't be able to tell from the facade and a very cozy interior (unlike many of lettieri's other locations i.e. village, chinatown and annex)
Big open front windows that they completely open up in the summer time and the front part of the coffee shop merges nicely with the patio
-clean washrooms!!!
AMAZING SERVICE- I can tell there are a a lot of other regulars from the way the petite Japanese staff behind the counter chat it up with all the customers- they are so lovely and kind as they ask how [insert close relative or dearest pet] is doing
And this Lettieri is nice because they will get to as close as table-service as you can at this place. order at the front-bring it out to you when its ready- no waiting about awkwardly until everythign is ready to bring to your table and no sitting about while you wait for them to call yourorder out so you can rush up and claim it.

One of my most reliable go-to study spots.
- Warm, friendly staff. I ordered a chai latte and they suggested I try it with some honey. Delicious!
- Spacious. Both indoor and outdoor seating available, and I've never had any problems finding a seat.
- Free WIFI, lots of magazines and newspapers
- Little details, for example, a jug of ice water and tumblers at the counter. I like having a glass of cold water if I'm drinking lots of espresso and staying for a while.
- Decent food options.
