This place is awesome for kids! It is reasonably priced and the people that work there are always very friendly and helpful.

A truly truly headache-inducing place for parents and a reasonably good place for kids under 10. It is sort of like Chucky Cheese crossed with the ball room at Ikea - done cheaply. Main attraction is a large climbing play structure, also has a few arcade games and laser tag.
If you have kids, chances are they will get invited to at least one birthday party here. If they are old enough, take my advice and drop them off and go get a coffee elsewhere.
And beware, apparently their co-tenants in the strip mall are at war with each other and post pretend parking cops to keep parents from parking anywhere nearby, So pleasant. -

Living in Edmonton and having to entertain kids during the long winter months can be mentally and physically exhausting. If you're not trekking a sled up and down a hill, you're trapped inside, trying to avoid seating your kid in front of the TV for the sake of your own sanity. I discovered Let's Play a year or so ago, and let me tell you, it helped me get through the winter.
I take care of 3 kids (now ages 6, 9 and 11) and two years ago, this place managed to keep them all occupied. I find the 6 year old is still it's biggest fan, but the 9 year old girl still has fun running around if she has a friend or two, and the 11 year old likes the arcade. Now a days, the 6 year old is the only one I bring in on a rainy afternoon, and he loves it. I've found that no matter what time, there is usually at least four or five kids there to play with, and even more during the summer holidays and on the weekends.
Let's Play is HUGE, and you walk in feeling like it's a secure enviornment where you kid isn't going to wander out/get stolen/fall off of something. The pricing is decent and they offer a good package if you want to pay to play AND get a handfu of the arcade tokens. They also offer a nice little cafeteria area for eating (all though the prohibit you from bringing in your own food) and sitting. They recommend parental supervision at all time, but I have never had to go into the actual play structure with the 6 year old. Stocking feet are a must, so definitely bring socks, as they take your shoes away from you at the door.
The owner is a little bit of a pill, which is why the rating of this business isn't higher. He gave me grief one day because I purchased a few bottles of water and had to pay by credit card, because I didn't have any cash. I feel that if you have a business and if you aren't enforcing a minimum to charge or use debit, why berate the customer for doing it! I could have just as easily refilled the other waterbottle I had sitting in my bag, but I chose to buy instead. It definitely rubbed me the wrong way.
Atmosphere is clean and plain, and they play kid friendly music all day long. They offer a small area for toddlers, as well as a "laser quest arena," all though I took the 3 kids in for a few rounds once and the equipment was very shabby and barely worked. They offer great birthday packages and a large menu in the cafeteria - fast food options as well as some healthier choices.
I have been to a handful of indoor playgrounds in Edmonton and I definitely wish there were more of them! Let's Play is the best of what's out there and it's great for the kids to run off some energy when the outdoor playground isn't an option. -

Awesome place to take your 1 year old to 8 year old! It's an indoor play ground with 4 levels of climbing heaven, ball pits, slides, and tubes galore! They have a little snack stand with things like hot dogs, pop corn, juice boxes, french fries, pizza, etc. They also have a small arcade where kids earn tickets to turn in for small prizes.
They also have lazer tag, though we have never tried it.
They have party rooms and the place is kept clean!
We've been at least 5 times in the past year and will definitely be hosting birthday parties there in the years to come!
One thing I really like about this particular play location is that they have a toddler section with a small 2 story climbing structure and ball pit that is easy for parents to maneuver with their children. -

My son's shoes were stolen form the community shoe box. Lets play was so overwhelmingly busy I felt that the quality of the facility was being pushed to its max. I recommend finding a better place to take children. Not really a culturally cool place. But awesome for moms who want to throw a birthday without really needing to pay attention to any real detail.
