Being pathetic would be something for these guys to strive to achieve! Seriously, I have made the mistake of dropping off 4 things over the years to have altered, and each time my item has gone missing. (The first place I went to was closed for the day- that's why I went against my better judgment and gave this place another go!)
The staff are inept at best, not to mention rude. Currently, I am trying to locate my latest item to go missing. I have been told to go back and pick it up 3 times now, and each time they tell me they cannot locate it, and they act as if they have never seen me before.
I just got back from my latest attempt at retrieving my item,(big surprise they have no idea what I'm talking about, or where my item is!!)- and asked for the number at which I could locate the manager or owner and they turned around and just gave me the number for the store.
At least they are consistent in their ability to completely screw things up.
If you value your items and your sanity, stay away from this place. -

Okay I really wanted to like Lester's...the owner was really nice, and I didn't think the pricing was too crazy. However, I just picked up 3 tops I had drycleaned, and one of them that USED to be light grey and white is now light BROWN and white!!!!!!! I am pretty upset my shirt is ruined...I was going to take it back and throw up a big fuss, but then thought what are they realistically going to do? Buy me a new shirt? Probably not. Give me my $5 back? It's not worth my time and the aggrivation.
It is really hard to fnd a good drycleaner!! I've had bad experiences with so many of them... :( -

This drycleaner's is terrible! The service is horrendous. Walked in today and had to wait almost 5 minutes while the employee finished up a personal phone call.
I had a pair of pants that needed to be repaired. I was very specific about what needed to be done when I dropped the pants off 2 weeks ago. When I went to pick it up last week nothing had been done. (Good thing I checked before I left) And they said that they would speak directly with the seamstress to ensure it would get done. When I went back today it was STILL NOT DONE. The employee proceeded to berate me about how I should have spoken directly to the seamstress
Also claims to have the best prices in town. $9.50 for a sweater vest? I think not!
Terrible. Avoid them if you can. Save yourself a few bucks and a lot of aggravation!
