This store might as well have my name written on the sign. Maple EVERYTHING? Hello!  I came back there twice after my first visit; each time I left I felt wistful that it might be the last. There's just something about the maple gelato, cookies, pies, butter, tarts, and sauces that feels like...heaven.  I bought some "souvenirs" which I promptly ate in the next 24 hours, and had to return for more. Sadly, none of my friends or family will share in my love of maple goodies because I ate all of them :-p

The store manager told me that all the maple syrup products are sourced from a co-operative group of farmers; this ensures the best quality but it also means the producers get a bigger portion of the profits, which seems right to me.

The only disappointment for me was the maple syrup waffle cookies, which contained more rice syrup than maple syrup!

    They definitely specialize in maple!

We tried out the maple latte (a MUST try for any coffee fans), waffle and a chocolate almond croissant. I think the waffle would've been a bit better if we had it immediately when it was made, but we opted to take it to go so it was a bit soggy.

The choco-almond croissant had a bit of maple glaze in the middle, which was both surprising and a bit overwhelming considering it was already pretty sweet on the outside.

Maple galore! Great spot to purchase your souvenirs.

For your dessert  eating pleasure, they offer gelato, pastries and cafe to wash it all down.

We enjoyed the Maple Latte, fresh waffle and a chocolate croissant.

Les Délices de l'Erable offers a great selection of maple-themed gifts, pastries, and coffee beverages.

We picked up a few souvenirs, including maple cookies (which were really yummy) and bottles of syrup, because we were tourist and wanted syrup from Canada!

We also tried some coffee (my husband a misto) and enjoyed them very much. The man making the coffee was very friendly and asked about our trip.

    Definitely take a look inside!

This place is a nice, big, and clean store.  My fiance and I went inside to look around.  From what I can recall, they sold cookies, muffins, gellato, sorbet, maple syrup, and all kinds of dipping sauces.  I'm sure that they sell more items too.

In any event, I ordered the mint chip gellato in a waffle cone, and my fiance ordered the mango/pinapple sorbet and hazelnut gelato.  We thought that the gellato was pretty good.   We'd give the gellato a rating of 7 out of 10 points.  I would give the store excellent ratings for the way they displayed their food items, store cleanliness, and service.

The person who served us tonight was very friendly and she had a good sense of humor.  If you factor in everything, I would have to say that our experience worked out to an excellent rating.
