    Now talking about Memories... Eating one of those Leonidas Chocolate really bring back Memories of Belgium... Where every corner of the street you will find a chocolate stores that has their own unique brand and secret recipe!

    Why made Belgium chocolate so special?
    - Belgium chocolate has pure cocoa flavor because no vegetable shortening is used.
    -Belgian chocolate traditionally mixes cocoa paste, sugar and cocoa butter in varying proportions.
    -Dark Belgian chocolate uses the most cocoa, milk chocolate mixes n milk
    -white chocolate is made be extracting only the butter from the cocoa. Pure cocoa butter is the fundamental ingredient.

    Thanks for a nice yelper that got us every flavour from Leonidas Chocolate Cafe as our pre desserts : Milk, Dark, 72%, Orange to name a few.

    We were like children fighting for all these chocolate.. and one of us even dip the chocolate in butter (gross) saying that it is make of butter.. hey cocoa butter is different..

    The flavour are rich and chocolatey..and the size is perfect and it was a lot more fun when we were fighting for them!

    I can't wait to drop by the store to try out more of their offerings! BTW, their website is awesome!
