Ruined my expensive coat, denied all responsibility, charged me to take possession of my now useless rag, and refused to apologize. Everything about my experience with this drycleaners was so bad that I thought I was being punk'd. I was told that they did me a favour by not pressing my coat and charging me another $10.00 to press a rag! After being asked if "i had never ruined something in the wash?" (Uh, yeah, that's why I took the coat to a professional DRYcleaner), I was told that mistakes happen and the fact that I needed that coat for a business trip was "not their problem". Absolutely, bar none, the very worst drycleaner in Victoria. Check out the other negative reviews for them that show up in their Google business listing. It would be hilarious if it weren't so awful.
