Lenscrafters at Square One has the most friendly and helpful staff I have ever experienced at an eyeglass store. One employee that stands out is the retail manager, Carol, She has helped my husband and I purchase many pairs of sunglasses and also our eyeglasses. She always seems to know what style of sunglasses will suit our face and also knows what we are looking for. Every time we visit the store, one of us leaves with a pair of sunglasses.
I do like their one hour service when getting glasses and they were extremely helpful when my recently purchased eyeglasses started to crack around the frames.
