After receiving a prescription for my first pair of eyeglasses I was very excited to select a pair of frames to start using my corrective lenses ASAP!
After spending a good amount of time in the store I was delighted to not only find the perfect Dolce & Gabbana frames, but a leopard print pair to boot! These lovely frameless ones did not have their typical one hour as a special drill is used for the "frameless lenses" so they told me if out be 5 business days and I was on my way, just counting down the days to enjoy my sparkly new vision.
After 5 days no call... a little disappointed so I waited another couple and finally called, after holding a few I was informed they were in. I hussled to the store to pick them up and after some trouble locating them i was informed they did not advise me of their arrival three days prior as someone had put them in the wrong bin. A little disappointed, I got my frames they gave me some basic instructions on getting used to my lenses and I was on my way.
All in all it was a good experience the staff was very nice to deal with, but minus points for disorganization and not helping me actually adjust my specs which I never have gotten to sit properly. C'est la vie, I love my glasses all the same.
