Well I suffer from  "Fork to Mouth" disorder - have you heard of it?  Sigh!  Well to keep my shape from leaving hourglass and becoming Round (cuz round is a shape I'm not looking for).  Off I go to train with Frenchie.  With a smile on his face he puts me through my paces,   while putting up with my delay tactics with the dirty looks, moans, groans, pouty faces and the occasional 3 year old inspired temper tantrum.  I love this guy - I can arrive in the worst mood possible and even with all the hard work, I always leave smiling! He has me laughing in the middle of my crunches.  I swear it's part of his plan to get the abs flat or something...

I like this place for several reasons, it's  very CLEAN, well LIT and has a HAPPY welcoming atmosphere to it (trust me when I say this isn't the case with all gyms). As a female I have never felt uncomfortable here, it doesn't have that greasy feeling to it.  You're here to have fun while working out. Not get hit on or leered at by every guy / girl in the gym. This is Serious business - staying in shape.

For those that aren't into one on one training they have a great selection of group classes  ranging from Cross-fit circuits, Kettle bells, weight training, Ladies Cardio / Boxing, Jiu Jitsu, Kickboxing, Boxing, Aikido, MMA training etc... I think you get the picture.

I'm hoping to get a group of the girlfriends to try out the Kettle-bell class together. I think it would be a blast.  I'd like to  recommend anyone that's interested in getting fit and having fun getting there check this place out.
