  I paid full price for several services there.  I had microdermabrasion, hair removal and skin tightening.  
  Hair is a funny thing.  I did underarms and chin.  Some results with the underarm and no results on the chin. The underarms were considerable reduced but my roots are strong and I have had tons more (at least a dozen) done on my underams since and I am still going for more.  As far as the chin, my hair was blonde and not recently plucked, so according to Leeza, the treatments would work.  But they did not at all.  I feel in this respect I was led astray.  I have been told by others that the blonde hair can never be removed by laser.  Even ELOS.  
  I had great results with the skin tightening and great service.  My skin was getting thin and starting to sag, and the treatments really worked wonders.
  Microdermabrasion for me, is another funny topic.  I think there were really good results with this as well.  Not as dramatic as the skin tightening, but good at smoothing out the skin.
  
  All in all, the service was great, the people are nice, the atmosphere is pleasant, the service professional, the clinic is clean.  I'd go for more if I could afford it.

  Thank you for taking the time to write a review and your kind compliments about our clinic and staff. We are also pleased to hear your satisfaction with the skin tightening and microdermabrasion treatments.
  
  However, we are sorry to hear that you felt mislead about the ELOS hair removal for light hair, and wanted to further explain. I like to assure you that ELOS is the only laser technology in market that is designed to work on all hair colors, and skin types. The reason being is that unlike other machines that works solely with light energy (which works on the pigmentation of the hair, which means it works best on dark hair), ElOS is thefirstandonlytechnology that uses two energies simultaneously: bi-polar radio frequency (RF) and optical (light) energy. The added RF works independent of hair pigmentation. It works by heating the follicle of the hair, increasing the effect of the laser treatment. That is the reason  ELOS works on every hair colour. However, as we always explain to our clients, it takes many more treatment to treat blonde/grey hair since in those cases, it is only the RF that is doing the treatment (without the light energy).   I purchased a groupon for six laser hair removal sessions at Leeza's,
  
  The office is located in an office bldg on Eglinton Ave. The elevator holds 3 people max. The reception area is pleasant with a nice couch and a tv playing services offered.
  
  My first appt. was done by Leeza. She tried to sell me an upgrade to a Brazillian laser package for considerably more money. I told her (as I noticed the last woman saying as well) that I would just do the six sessions for regular bikini hair removal and decide from there.
  
  The session took about five minutes and was quite painful.
  
  Subsequent appts were done by another technician.
  
  I had one appt. cancelled bc I didn't give 72 hours notice.
  
  I have had 4 sessions so far and have seen no improvement. No results at all whatsoever despite being told that my light skin and dark hair made me an ideal candidate.
  
  The procedure used is a combination of electrolysis and laser and is quite painful.
  
  My friend who went to a different clinic (also purchased a groupon) using the same procedure said that the sessions usually lasted her about 30 minutes, also painful, and she has seen results.
  
  I don't recommend this place. She just wants to upsell you and is eager to cancel your appointments and doesn't have long enough sessions for treatment of the area.

  Hello Amy,
  
  Although it's been a few months since your visit we wanted you to know that we are very sorry to hear that you did not feel completely satisfied with our services. We would, however, like to further explain some of the points that you have mentioned. We offer other packages as a way to let our clients know what other services or options we offer at our clinic (otherwise how else will you know?), however, by no means is anyone forced to purchase another package. In regards to your cancellation, we tell our clients to give us 48 hours notice. We are usually very busy and we would like to ask our clients to also respect our time and give us notice of cancellation. If somebody has a valid reason for cancelling (for example sickness, etc.) we are also very understanding and there is no penalty for cancelling your appointment in that case!
  
  As you have mentioned, the technology that we use is a combination of laser (light) and electrolysis. Due to that combination we get more effective results than other technologies using solely laser (light) energy. Over the years we have seen between 10-20% of hair reduction in each session. Although we understand that everyone has a different threshold for pain we rarely have people complaining of pain during treatment. There may be some slight discomfort, however in comparison to other machines, ours is known to be one of the least uncomfortable ones. The machine itself has a cooling system that helps with reducing discomfort by keeping the surface of your skin cool. In addition, we have another additional cooling system that further helps to achieve that. You have also mentioned that you feel as though your treatment was too short in comparison to your friend's. Each machine could have its own different working time. When we do any treatment, the technician goes over the surface area under treatment. The length of session depends on the size of the area being treated. Bikini area (not Brazilian) usually takes about 7-10 minutes of actual treatment. 30 minutes does not sound quite right unless she has been counting the whole process (including setting the patient up, getting ready, setting up machine, etc.). Rushing the appointments and not providing the correct time of treatment would definitely not be in our benefit. Our goal is to have happy and satisfied clients, as our success is based on customer satisfaction. Again, we are sorry to hear your negative experience.   I totally agree with Amy and Angie. They are not professional and what they want is to empty your pocket. My rating is zero.Unfortunately the site will not let me to  give "0" as their score.
