    I heart Leewi Yoga.

All other studios should take this as an example. Loveeeee.  The Class was awesome, the people were friendly, and one of the two places I've been to (and I've been to a lot) where I don't feel gross showering, and felt comfortable taking my time.

((next person that comes here needs to take pics! My ipod ran out of battery!))

    THE FACILITIES
Walking in, you feel like you walked into a garden cafe. The class tables and plenty of chairs and open windows light up the room. The folks were really friendly and nice.
The changerooms were big :) 4 full size stall showers with faux marble walls. They were actually too big..! Two big counters with hair dryers, cotton swabs and cotton pads.  3 single stall bathrooms. And.......lockers! Leave a possession of value at the front in exchange for a key!
And yes, I showered. Seems like everyone lives in the area and runs home to shower, score!!! With a pretty full class, it was only me and this other lady in the room in the end.

Filtered water is available in the sink before entering the studio

    THE STUDIO
The Practice room is heated with air blowing into the room. The cork floors were a nice touch and big large mirrors at the front. The room comfortably fits about 30 people maybe more. There are no fans in the room, but near the end of the class she did turn the heat off and there was a nice breeze. They keep humidifiers and air purifiers near. Plenty of bolsters and straps for you to use.

    THE CLASS
I went for the Hot Fusion Flow class was great. She said in the end "I hope you feel invigorated, refreshed and relaxed" and that's exactly what happened.  I used to be afraid of flow classes, that they would be too intense.  This was a good mixture of both flow, pilates, stretching poses and some restorative at the end. This one was more focused on twisting, so I believe each class will be different.

    THE LOCATION
It makes me sad that this is so far away! You know MIssissauga is quite big. I work in Sauga, and this is in almost Sauga (Port Credit) but it's still 20 mins drive away from the way I go home. Sigh. Not everything can be perfect.
There is a plus. Port Credit doesn't have the insane parking rules we have in the GTA. On the side street you can park for 15 hours. Yes, 15 hours , that's what the sign said.

My only complaint is that I asked about one of the classes called Bliss flow, They just said it's a regular yoga class (non hot) but they didn't know why it was called Bliss. I had to read to them the description (they didn't know) and the teacher - who actually was about to teach the Bliss class - had no idea either. She told me it was Ansura inspired meaning more concentration on the alignment, and the poses are held longer to focus on that. Clearly I reminded her of something, and lucky for those folks taking the class. But I will over look this and come again. Too many good points.

Also they need moisturizers in the changeroom.

I used my Passport, except they didn't want my number to process.. Weird....

COME HERE! Or don't, it's my little secret

This studio strongly reminds me of the Moksha chain, but oh so well designed and planned. Kudos to the owner, you really got it down, and didn't rush it.

The service here is so great and the staff is so nice, they remind you not to park in the lot on the East side of the studio, and helpfully point out all possible parking spots.

Parking is free on the street to the west, but it seems to fill up rather fast in the evenings. The interior is pretty new, and very well designed. New students can sit at a table away from the desk to fill up waivers at peace.

The changeroom is so clean and cozy with several washroom stalls, separate, large walled-off showers and a changing area away from the showers. I noticed they even have hairdryers.

The studio itself was well-stocked with yoga equipment and aids like stretching bands/straps, blocks, etc. and the single room was very large. It was definitely full, but I hardly felt it. The instructor was young, but extremely confident and she was thorough in her instruction, adjusting, and helping yogis where necessary.

    Wonderful.
    4.5 Stars.
