This is the best place in town for pedicures! My toes are always perfect and the Spa Ritual nail polish they use - has staying power. Over the spring/summer season, I'm a regular fixture - taking my battle-weary feet/toes to the Spa every four to six weeks.
The pedicure area is always clean - and the mood is mellow and very relaxing. The staff are always pleasant and professional. -

I am by no means a spa connoisseur but we went here for a couples massage and had a pretty great experience. I think it was $80/each for 45 minutes. Clean, friendly.

This place would not let me use a gift certificate that had expired by a couple of months, even after I explained that I couldn't make it in to Victoria (I live out of town) and had a baby that I was nursing and couldn't be away for more than a couple hours at time. They told me their computer system wouldn't allow it. Who is running their business? Their computer system? Very frustrating and very poor customer service. I wonder if they know there's been a court case that doesn't allow businesses to have a expiry date on gift certificates and gift cards.
