After walking around the Old City, we stopped here for drinks at their bar. Very cool and classy decor. Great bar area, good service. and Good drink selection. I had the L'orleans: Bombay, coulis de fraise, basil, poivre- and because it was so amazing, I had TWO. Not too sweet. Great blend of flavors. After taste left aTingling pepper sensation on tongue. Would definitely come back for more!

A great place to eat for a more upscale dinner. The chef's are accommodating to those who are vegans and want a little adjustment made to what is on the menu.
The wine is great...but most is priced by the bottle and not the glass so I have had only a couple of the selections that they offer. It would be nice to have a greater selection of wine by the glass as I usually don't drink an entire bottle with my meal. -

I stayed at the Hotel Capitole last month.
A very charming hotel, and the staff was very nice.
My room was located on the 2nd floor, and it overlooked the artillery park.
The hotel's theme is "theater" so naturally, the room was decorated like a dressing room. The room itself was spacious and comfortable. Although, the "closet" only came with 3 hangers...
One thing I thought was really neat, was that there are speakers in the bathroom, that are connected with the cd player / radio in the room. It was nice to turn on some jazz and relax in the tub.
The hotel is located on Rue Saint Jean, just down the street from shopping, cafes, and bookstores. The Old City is so beautiful, you almost forget you're not in Europe.
