Laurier Heights Baptist Church is a cozy, warm congregation in West Edmonton. Affiliated with the Baptist Union of Western Canada, the services have a contemporary flair with music that is spirited without going over the top. Celebrating 50 years in 2008, the Sanctuary still has some of that old-fashioned charm. However, the congregation has families and individuals of all ages and backgrounds. There is around 100-150 people on an average Sunday morning. There are ministries for men, women, moms, and people who want to serve the community. Services are usually an hour to an hour and a half, and sometimes there are congregational activities that follow.
