This was the only shopping mall that I visited in Richmond area. It was big enough with zellers, dollar store, food court, ample of parking place, cloth stores, jewellery stores, furniture shop etc.
Place was clean and not over crowded. Food court was decent too.

This also has a best buy attached to it and walkable to ctrain station and public transit bus stop.

Overall , not a bad place to try.

    Yelp's 30 day challenge - 8/30.

This mall has been around forever.  Many stores have come and gone from here.

In the 1980s (back when it was Lansdowne Mall) it was the glory days.  The anchor tenant was Safeway (where Best Buy is now), and I remember begging my parents to let me come here to buy computer goodies.

In the 1990s they opened up a Computer City (where Future Shop is now).  Unfortunately, the opening of the "new" Richmond Centre (they underwent a major renovation) in the mid 90s started a horrible decline in this place.  By 2000, this place was pretty much dead.  Fortunately, they managed to revise this place with Best Buy, Future Shop, Zellers, and Toys R Us.

The mall is quite spacious, and it actually is pretty decent nowadays.  With that said, everyone I know that comes here is here either to buy electronics, or eat, which may not be a good thing.  However, the restaurants here are quite decent, ranging from the food court to #9 to Kyung Bok Palace to Gingeri.

One thing I really like is that I can always take a breather in one of the 2 large circular atrium areas.  Sometimes they have shows, or the occasional merry-go-round, but most of the time it's just a nice area to feel like you're outside.

Parking is never a problem here.  Their lot is freaking HUGE.

i think the only thing keeping this mall afloat is Future Shop, Best Buy, Home outfitters, Winners, Zellers, Toys R Us and No 9.... Other than that this mall is "snorsvllle"

Yes it has a pretty good food court, home of Taco Luis (one of my favorite taco joints!!) and it has a pretty nice produce market as well (Langley Farm Market) selling fresh meats as well.

But the rest of the stores are either old, or has out of business signs.. oh well.. its still a cool mall to me. i grew up here so i still feel a little nostalgic when i visit with my family..

Oh and another reason why i like coming here is the "Showcase" Store. its got all of the "as seen on tv" junk that you... you guessed it.... "SEE ON TV"  anyone want a "ronco food dehydrator?  or a magic bullet? ;)

Landsdowne is a quiet mall, with only a selected few stores to shop at.
If it weren't for large stores such as Future Shop, Home Outfitters, Winners, Zellers, Toys R Us and Langley Farm Market. I'm not sure if this mall would still be alive. There are mostly Asian type stores and the older interior has not changed much over the years.

On the plus side, it is conveniently located across Kwantlen Polytechnic University, where students can just walk over, and nearby a Canada Line station. The food court is decent and I love their spacious parking lot :)

It has tons of parking a Canada Line station and all the big box electronic stores. Broadway Camera just moved in and the #9 Restaurant is open 24 hours a day, what more do you want????

The Landsdowne Mall has become a place of solitude and emptiness.  I love their food court, but that's really about it.  The place is a ghost town during various times during the day and it could be due to the fact most of the stores are mediocre and don't exude variety outside of subpar Asian stores, interior design, and made-for-TV type places.

It is a shame too because Lansdowne is massive and has a lot of potential due to its location.  Aside from the food court and spacious parking lot, there isn't much going on here.  It is only a matter of time before they pack up and close down, but I can only hope a major renovation is coming soon.

Pretty sad mall.  Came because I had to go to Toys R Us....don't think I would come here again since Richmond centre is just around the corner.  Hopefully there will be renovation soon to bring some life back to this place.

Although it has a Best Buy, Future Shop, and Toys 'R Us, it looks like this mall has seen much better days. The marble floor is cracked, the signage and interior decor looks dated, and the whole place has the feel of a destination that's barely able to attract visitors.

Lansdowne Mall used to be the finest mall in Richmond and finding parking was even difficult back in the 80's and early 90's until they opened Richmond Centre. Shops closed down and this "it" mall became depressing. You won't find well known stores like Gap, Old Navy, Bay,  Sears, here and it is no better than a strip mall, well, it's like a very nice strip mall except it's covered, warmy, cozy, and retro chic!
