Landwaterfork is a catering company started by Justin Faubert. Full disclosure - I play basketball with him - which is how I got to know him. He put together an incredible spread for our "Jersey Shore" themed Christmas party. It had a customized menu, incredible snacks, and he served it all up with great professionalism. Justin also left us signature spices.
If you're looking for cut-above catering or in-home multi-course meals at very reasonable prices I highly recommend him.

Meet the Business Owner: Justin F.
Justin's culinary career started as a dream, enrolling as a student at one of Canada's best culinary training schools, Vancouver's Pacific Institute of Culinary Arts. Upon completion of his culinary diploma, Justin has worked in several well known Vancouver restaurants including C Restaurant, Provence Mediterranean Grill and Provence Marinaside. During his time at Provence Mediterranean Grill, Justin earned the position of Chef de Cuisine and received his Red Seal designation under Executive Chef and owner Jean Francis Quaglia.
Recently, during the Vancouver 2010 Winter Olympics, Justin was hired by NBC to be part of the culinary team at the Richmond Oval speed skating venue providing food service to athletes, dignitaries, media and event staff.
With an emphasis on locals foods, simple techniques and well balanced flavours, "landwaterfork" is sure to make your next special occasion or get-together a great one.
