This review is more for the restaurant than the Inn for no other reason than I prefer to review food.
Some might say that at $22.00 pizza was a little expensive.  Especially for a 12 inch.  I am not one of those people.  While the price was a little silly, I realize that I came to Lake Louise to ski and when I go skiing I've become accustomed to paying exorbitant amounts for crappy hamburgers and terrible coffee.  So while this is a lot of money, at least the food was good.
I thoroughly enjoyed the Spinach salad and the fettuccine alfredo.  my buddy had the lasagna and said it was good as well.
I left full and the service was pretty good.  What more can you ask for.
Four meals, water for beverages and one starter salad = $89.25

I'm not saying stop in to eat on your way by but if you are in the area to ski, this place serves good, real food.

I stayed there about 3 weeks ago for 1 night and I still feel the sense of anger of being ripped off and having chosen the worst place I could. It is hard to find an accommodation around lake louise unless you do it well in advance, but I wish I would have chosen another place.
I took an economy room which was a ridiculous 170 something CAD and you get a little leaflet in your room that tells you how much they try to cater for all budget and managed to come up with the "economy rooms" basically for poor people like...but that was 170 CAD !! and it was a shit hole of a motel-like inn...The name "resort" refers to the fact that you shouldn't bother bringing all your luggage at reception when you check in coz you're going to drive 2 buildings around to get to your place and then walk to the 3rd floor with no lift with your suitcases in a rotten carpet exterior staircase. Then, sweaty and tired as you are, you think that's it, you can now settle in nicely in your comfy room but it's tiny and grim and if you're thirsty, you can pay 2dollars for the 500ml bottle they supply in the room, I thought that was a nice touch as a welcoming note !
The pool was great though, not crowded and with 2 super hot jaccuzzis too.

Our room was nice and clean.

We wished the rooms they are using during low season would have their refrigerators plugged in.  Our room came with a hot bottle of wine, and it took a few treks for ice before we could chill it enough.
The refrigerator did not cool down enough after we plugged it in for use.

There needs to be more information in the room about close by restaurants, the hours they're open, and their menus during the low season.  At 8 pm we were unable to find somewhere that could or spoiled accommodate a gluten free diet.

We would have appreciated free wireless.

Beds were comfortable and warm.  Room was quiet.

Front desk staff were efficient and polite.

Our room was nice with comfy beds, 3 pillows each, and fluffy warm comforters, but a bit dated.  Easy access to the highway, off the beaten path, quiet and peaceful.  Stepping onto the back deck is weird as you have to climb out the window...but works.  You pay for a 3rd party service for the internet.  It worked one night, but not the next morning or afternoon.  Calling tech support didn't help...we pray for a refund.  Overall, a nice place to stay.  No smoking rooms available, but doors open to the outside.  Coffee in room, with fridge, soaps/shampoo/etc are not worth collecting.

Beds were clean, they were fairly pleasant to our large tour group and the service was friendly. Only complaint is that I wish they had nice fluffy comforters instead of icky bedspreads... :(
