I stopped by Ladybug looking for something rather specific - a small potted Peace Lily plant for my bathroom. Not only did they have exactly that, they were friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable.
Easy recommendation, this place is great. -

I've been to the shop 5 times this year, and buy arrangements for special occasions.
The customer service is just outstanding. The flowers are always fresh and wonderful. Always something interesting to add to an arrangement.
The sales associates are very helpful and always very attentive. They arrange the flowers so beautifully (very European), and they do not charge you extra for the tissue used, the raffia as some other places do.
Outstanding flower shop ! I love the Ladybug Florist !Listed in: YELP Shops Locally

First-rate customer service.
After 4 back-to-back visits within 4 days period, I'm convinced that Ladybug is the friendliest and helpful flower shop I have ever visited.
On the first visit, I desperately needed a roll of floral tape to make boutonnières. No other place in town would sell me one. Ladybug Florist not only offered to give me some of the tape, they ordered me a roll and told me that I could pick it up the next day.
I was so impressed with the customer service, I returned several more times to purchase some roses and ordered a flower arrangement for a colleague. At each visit, I dealt with a different staff member, each was equally friendly and personable.
For their next to perfect customer service, they have earned one more loyal customer. -

I love Ladybug Florist!
Living in the neighbourhood, i'd always be walking by and admiring their plants and flowers for sale. Their window displays are great! They frequently had sale items out on the sidewalk that tempted me into the store. I wouldn't really NEED that cute succulent... but would always end up buying something.
the staff were always super friendly and very helpful. I never had anyone be snooty or too busy to answer my questions. -

I went here based off of other Yelp reviews and if anything the other reviews downplayed this wonderful florist. They are extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Despite a less than cooperative computer system. I ordered a Christmas bouquet and setup monthly deliveries. It was all completed without a hitch. I'll be back for sure. A great florist.

Ladybugs have forever been interpreted as docile, sweet and lucky characters in children's literature. They have been the favorite insect of children for hundreds of years. It was only fitting that the florists on Church would call their shop Lady Bug, since they're creativity in their arrangements capture the emotions and images we remember from nursery rhymes as children.
The florist are incredibly helpful. Give them a price point and an idea of what you're trying to capture and they'll make a breathtaking bouquet. They're not cheap but you can still walk away with a nice bouquet at $25. We tend to spend between $35-45 in order to get a lush arrangement. A big plus is that they don't charge for the leafy green filler. If you're not sure what you want, leave it in their hands. These guys are passionate about flowers and will rustle up a flowered masterpiece you typically see in Wedding or Gardening magazines.
My only complaint would be that on a few occasions my flowers didn't last over 3 days. This was during the summer months when wild flowers were the main star of my arrangements. I'm very lucky to have a boyfriend who knows good flowers. Him knowing good flowers, is walking into Lady Bug and letting them do all the work. -

I wish I could keep a plant alive, seriously. The arrangements and indoor shrubbery here are gorgeous to the max. But I didn't come here for flowers, y'all know flowers die in my presence. Like, if they even sense me in the same postal vicinity as me, they wilt immediately. Naturally, I was at the florist because they're known suppliers of HELIUM!
After discovering that my usual helium provider (the dollar store on Yonge north of Wellesley) had been condemned due to 'non payment of rent' I paused to take a panic shit and then immediately whipped out my iPhone to search for florists in the vicinity (tip: florists always have helium). Popped over to Ladybug and was greeted by two supercuties who filled my balloons for $1 apiece ($2 if they supply the balloons) and used my ribbon to secure them. I also bought those helium bunch weights for $0.99 and 10 minutes later I was out the door and off to my party.
If you've never walked down Church Street with two dozen gold balloons, I highly recommend it.Listed in: Where To Fill Helium Balloons…

Good selection of flower arrangements. The staff were very friendly helpful and I actually enjoyed the experience of ordering flowers. I have been using other florists in Toronto in the past and Ladybug Florists are certainly a cut above the rest. Recommended!

I have to say, I never thought finding a florist in Canada could be so easy.
Google certainly led the way, but it was Ladybug's well-crafted, easy-to-navigate site that sold me. They offered a wide array of lovely, unique arrangements that are reasonably priced, and their customer service is great. Despite the online ordering system stating one has call for a same-day delivery, they were able to accommodate me via email and assured me my flowers would reach my sister- and brother-in-law today.
All in all, I am thrilled! Can't wait to stop when I finally make it to Toronto! -

I walked in to get a bouquet of flowers for my lady friend for a birthday. I found about them as one of the best florists listed by blog.to website.
I wasn't sure they would have what I wanted because their website contains many 'pre-made' bouquets to be ordered by phone.
However as I walked in, the florist guy was really helpful in helping me pick a 'rustic' bouquet within my budget of 20$. He wrapped it well, and the flowers lasted almost two weeks (that's one happy lady friend).
I heartily recommend. -

This is one of the best shops that I've ever not been in. Ever. In fact were it not for Google, I'd still have no idea where it was. Ladybug is a florist that I've used for the sake of proximity. I don't know about you, but gone are my days of calling up the nearest florist and having them do the FTD ground work for delivery and all that. With internet searching and decent long distance calling plans, you can do everything you want directly. And if places have internet ordering as well, which Ladybug does through its website (http://www.ladybugflor...), even better. You don't need to leave your desk to send a bouquet to show that you're thinking of someone. Such is Ladybug.
I'm sure their store is delightful, I'm sure their merchandise is fantastic, but I've never been into their shop, and I've only once seen the fruits of their labour. Wanting to get my agent at Fusion Artists (http://www.yelp.ca/biz...) a thank-you bouquet for all their work and efforts, I found the closest florist, which happened to be Ladybug and put through an order. Apparently the flowers were nice as my agent is still booking me gigs. When I needed to send two separate sets of flowers to two separate funerals, I figured if the first order went so well, why fix that which ain't broken. It wasn't until the wake that I actually saw that the details of my order in terms of colour and arrangement were not only carried out to the letter, but looked gorgeous as well as befitting the occasion.
Ladybug is by far the best place that you never have to visit. At some point I'm sure I will. Question: Is it appropriate to send your florist a thank-you bouquet? -

I received an expensive tropical arrangement (Bird of Paradise) from Ladybug, courtesy of a dear friend in the Netherlands. I wasn't entirely satisfied with the substitutions that were made: the arrangement didn't really look like the one on their website and the Red Ginger flowers that were used instead of Birds of Paradise got brown and dried out after just 3 days. Ladybug was extremely responsive when I called them. Five-stars for customer service. They swiftly dispatched a second Bird of Paradise arrangement to my house and this one is absolutely gorgeous and holding its freshness.
